Memorial Day is a day to commemorate all  men and women who died while in military service to the United States.  Let's take a moment to remember all the men, woman, and dogs who have served and died to protect us.

Today is my Daddy's Birfday! 

HAPPY BIRFDAY DADDY!!

In honor of him, and cause I don't have any green papers,  I have decided to dust off my brain and rhyming skills and have created a little poem.

You play wif me and you stay wif me

You rub my tummy and you feed me yummies

You keep me fed and you pat my head

You taught me to sit and you clean up my sh…oops- no HBO words (sorry daddy)

You clean up my drool and my stinky stool (better? BOL!)

I lick your nose and sometimes your toes (ewww but I do sometimes, legs too)

You cover me up tight and kiss me good night

Don't touch it Daddy, it's my toy!

Ohhh...you know I can't resist the tickling

Mmmmm..Daddy your fingers are tasty...you've been in the Cheetos!

All this thinkin and rhyming has got me exhausted.  I am gonna go take a nap....

HAPPY EASTER FURIENDS!

I know, I know- I have been MIA but there has been a lot of stuffs going on around here and I have been busy keeping an eye on things.

You see, mom and dad were having a new electricy thing (electric box converted from fuses to breakers) installed and also a freezy box (central air) thing that is supposed to keep me cool in the summer.  But when they had the freezy box put in they found something wrong with our hot box (furnace)!  It had cracks and wasn't safe.  Mom and Dad only got the house like one month before me so this was a big surprise.  Any way, the last two weeks here have been full of workmen and lots of odds things going on in my house.  Grandma had to come over and watch them with me.  So the best thing about that......

But all that works ended yesterday and things should start to get back normal now...hopefully!

Mom and Dad also started boxing so they have been out after work almost every night.  I don't know why I can't go.  I think I have a great left hook!

Well- I hope everyone has a very nice Easter!  The bunny left me a new Kong toy so gotta go play with that!  Going to Grandma's for Dinner today too!  Yummy food and Dillon- gonna be a great day!

Mom had Dad have spent all day in the yard getting it back under control.  And me....well....

I get to be back on patrol!

April Fools

HAPPY APRIL FOOL'S DAY!
Mother Nature tricked us good!  We only got a couple inches and nothing that will stick for long. 

Oh well....no zoomies.

Guess I will have to wait till next year to audition for my role in da movies

Thoughts for Thursday

Hi all!

So here it is...Thursday and almost ready for the weekend.  The weather has been more spring like and the walkies are back in full force!  I love walking the neighborhood and checking things out.  Being on patrol can be pretty hard from the window of my office- even if it is a big window!

But finally it has been warming up.  Last night we took the patrol as a family and went on a new path through the woods!  It was pawsome!  Too bad silly mom forgot the camera!

Silly mom!  Why'd you leave it home- you missed some great shots from our patrol.  And what if we needed some pawtograph proof or to get a photo of a perp!?!?!  I think that Sarge would be very disappointed in you....

And then, just when I am having fun on patrol again....here is the weather forecast for tomorrow...

Weather Advisories:  A MAJOR WINTER STORM PRODUCING SIGNIFICANT SNOW ACCUMULATIONS AND WIND CONTINUES TO INCREASE IN LIKELIHOOD FOR EASTERN NEW YORK AND WESTERN NEW ENGLAND FROM LATE TONIGHT THROUGH FRIDAY.

This white stuff is headed our way!

We are supposed to get 6-12 inches of the stuffs!
